18 months

Hard to believe, but the munchkin turned 18 months old yesterday. He is such a trip these days: giving hugs (with accompanying "awwwwwwwwwww" sound) on request and of his own volition, talking up a storm, and just generally cracking us up. As always, it’s time for a little photo catch-up.

Every time you post pictures, I can't get over how incredibly adorable your little man is. I think it's a combination of his sweet face, awesome hair, the crafty goodness that surrounds him and the fact that he seems so happy all the time (or at least when you take pictures!). So very cute.

awwww, thanks :) he is generally quite happy & smiley, but i don't usually lurch for the camera when he's sad or hurt. perhaps i should, just for documentation. actually, he's been going over "happy" and "sad" at daycare, and his imitation of "sad" is pretty funny and rather cute. more of a squeak than anything.

will you be at rhinebeck this weekend, by any chance? if so, there's a chance you can see him in person. although with the weather forecast, i am having second thoughts about having him come with, which makes me sad because i think he would love it otherwise.

I won't be, sadly. I actually had a hotel room booked months ago, but with everything that's happened since, I'm just foregoing it this year. If it does rain, I'll be a little less disappointed, though, since Maryland in the rain this year was kind of a mess.
