LOL - I had no idea, I was all, "well, if Mark's going to be in it, I guess I'll TRY it" because I'm not a huge fan of spy stuff. I'm still amused by the thought of some staid viewer thinking they were tuning in for a standard spy thriller and getting that intead.

And Spectre--yup, a solid "meh" for me. I felt Andrew Scott was underused, and while I kind of like that James Bond has been embracing his psychopathic side in this series (fine with sleeping with anybody or killing anybody for information, etc.) and showing how that makes a person empty inside, this movie was too long and too...lifeless, I guess?

Yes! I could have done with a lot more Andrew Scott, he had so much more presence than the main villain imo, who just felt like a big bad accountant (sorry, accountants). And there were definitely long stretches where nothing much seemed to be happening *g*
