Today's a good day

This morning, the purchasing guy at work handed me a new ergonomic mouse; which means I can take my other one home again.

This morning I handed off my article on drawing quilt patterns to the editor of perl_review. The issue will come out some time in the spring, and since my article is on a colourful topic, it gets the cover. Now I have something else to ( Read more... )

What kind of mouse do you use? I've had one of these for a while now.

One of these by 3M. It slides around like a mouse, but it's shaped like a joystick so my hand stays in a 'handshake' position.

The problem with regular mice for me is the buttons on the top- my middle fingers don't like repeatedly bending back, and I think the scroll-wheel is what really gets my hand annoyed with me. But I couldn't get myself to not use the scroll wheel, even when I disabled it. :)

The 3M mouse has got three buttons, two controlled by the thumb on the top, and a middle / scroll button on the side controlled by the middle fingers.
