 A quick update whilst we have our (ever spotty) internet connection  in our apt...

*Class is going great! The kids are super bright and friendly, and I got an extra student in my class for a total of 7 students.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge of flash with them, although it's hard trying to share both the real world industry experience while

The washing machine thing made me laugh really hard. heh.

it was CRAZY! It started jumping and bending the counter. the MARBLE COUNTER. it also made its way a few inches out from under the counter before we got to th epower button. We managed to shove it back into place, but there's a tiny hairline crack in the marble... we think it was the towels that got too heavy and got it off center... : P

The washing machine thing made me laugh out loud, and then I told Matt about it later. ahahha. :D Oh oh! We booked our tickets - I need to look to see the exact days we'll be in Firenze, and then I'll email you with exact times and stuff. :D

Also, omg! I watched a documentary on this guy who trained to be a jockey for the Siena races, and it was sad, he wasn't picked after like, years of training, but then someone dropped out and he got to race for another city. It was crazy - people were sobbing because their town didn't win, and the winning town was screaming and running through the streets like they'd won the lottery. :D It was really interesting! :)

Also, omg score, I can't believe you found MLPs!!!

ha ha ha! i need to watch that documentary! the amount of crazy energy that seems to surround the races is INSANE, and doubly so when you see the space and realize that the race occurs around this relatively tight space with crazy corners...
