Thanks for the post! I'm guessing the cups and journals sell out because of people like me, who don't want the dolls but need to get something. Cups and journals are actually usable and the quality isn't as questionable as with makeup. Still, I'm so glad I talked my parents into letting me use their Disney reward redemption card lol

That is true. If I had to pick something from the collection that weren't the dolls, it would be the cups and journals over the make-up, as well. I hear the polish is decent. It's not the high-end stuff, but it's intermediate. They have shirts and bags throughout the year, but these are special and they last long. Just some prints would be nice, too. You'd think they'd make posters, but I guess not.

Ah, that reminds me I need to warn about the certificates and such. Some people had problems purchasing dolls online with gift cards last year, but you should be fine.

Temptalia said that the makeup wasn't bad, but when it's something rebranded like this, it normally has some questionable ingredients. I may get some, just because, but I already have all the Maleficent and Evil Queen stuff from MAC's collection lol And I may have to get some of the stuff just because it doesn't have Cruella on it, like recent villains products (for obvious reasons, I'm completely against her lol). But, you're right, some posters would have been really nice. Or maybe some more adult-friendly office products, like classier pens than we can normally get.

I don't think it will be a problem with my redemption card, it has its own separate section and it can be saved in the system and all.

I want Maleficent so badly, but I won't have the time with work to do the store thing. Heh. Sigh.

Maybe a friend or relative could go? They're doing a raffle this year, so as long as you put your name down between 12 and 1, you have a chance. If not, there's always the online option the next day. I just hope it's not a ton of people dragging down the site again. The horrors I witnessed, I would not wish upon anyone.

I'll be up today 3AM eastern time to attempt to get a whole doll set, 3 cups, and 3 journals. I feel so anxious as I'm hoping there's not a server crash :(

I reeeally hope that won't be the case. I don't remember the server crashing at the midnight releases as much as the dolls beginning to sell out faster and faster. I'd go for the dolls first, and then the cups and journals after.

I do wonder if they thought of the cohesiveness of the villain dolls next to the princesses.
