I understand how you feel. One of the guys in charge here is a micromanager, which sucks in the extreme. I'm just here until I win the lottery or my own business takes off, whichever comes first.

Actually, my only issue w. management is that they don't fire the eternally late fellow... it's certain co-workers who make me batty.
