It’s a page with exclusive contents from D-BOYS and their official fanclub. It can be accessed on smartphones (iPhone and Android) and PCs (Windows and Mac). To access most of the contents, you’ll need a paid membership.

I wonder if you need a Japanese address for the bromide though? I still use the address I had for Dplus (my friend's address^^). And now I have 30 days to decide whether I want Seto's or Usui's bromide........ orz

Hello! ^_^ Yes, you'll need a Japanese address. I used the address I got for free from www.tenso.com/en, but you can use any other valid address, ne.
Tenso is a forwarding service. You can register for free and get a Japanese address. They receive the items mailed to that address and send you an email to let you know they've arrived. Then you pay Tenso the international shipping to your country and other fees (it seems you'll have to pay at least 580 yen + international shipping each time you use Tenso). I've been registered on Tenso for many years and they only charge when something arrives at your Japanese address and you request international shipping (if you don't receive anything, you don't have to pay anything).
I'm not affiliated with Tenso in any way XD, I'm just telling what I use.
