I haven't written in here in a while, but I feel like I need to after reading some of the journal entries. This isn't directed at any one person (in life or on LJ), it's just from a lot of frustration in the last few weeks

I absolutely 100% agree. I think that we, as a nation, need to have a little more faith in each other and assume that if people put in the effort, went to the polls and stood in line for hours and voted for Obama, it wasn't because he looks better in a suit. It was because people truly believed in him, and that's what counts. Millions of people in the USA are not complete and utter idiots, they know what they're doing!
