Well - we are buying one. I never really thought we would, but we put an offer on one and it's been accepted. We got our inspection and made 1 repair request based on that. We've filled out papers for the mortgage company and the title company and all that remains (I believe) is to get homeowner's insurance. This feels really surreal. Moving

Congrats! :) How does this effect the current living situation, ie am I gonna have to chase you down separately to hang out when I head up that way? ;)

Well - we won't be moving til April, so that's still a ways out. I'm going to really miss our current living situation (which is pretty close to ideal for me), but I'm not worried that we won't get together. I figure it'll probably be like when Autonomic_Pilot lived in Queen Anne previously. We would have liked to wait another year, but house prices around here keep going up and interest was decent, so decided now was the time. Autonomic_Pilot has been checking out condos on his own, so I suspect something like that will be in the works in the future.

Fair enough. :) Well, I am not totally sure when I'll be up that way next, but I hope I'll see you two when I do. :)

And congrats on the whole work out schedule thing... I never got to that point, but it'd be nice.
