I'll be at home in Idyllwild for a while. I have some health issues to take care of so I don't know how long that will take. But I would love to see you as much and as soon as possible!

You summed up exactly how I felt about my time in New York (though, thankfully, I wasn't ever sick while there). It couldn't really afford it and it drained me emotionally, and, unlike you, I didn't go there for any specific reason and didn't get much of anything done while I was there.

I'm much happier being back out here. That was the case even before I got the USC job. I hope that you have the same experience (minus the working at a doll store for a year thing, of course).

Yes, I could skip American Girl. Well I have an interview for a job at USC on June 4, so wish me luck there!
