Well - Red is still working for the the car dealership. It's not going too badly - but it's not ideal, either. So we're still looking for something better, and hopefully this will pay the bills in the meantime

I don't think that having trash pick up is a requirement, but the alternative is that you take your own trash to the dump and pay the dump to take it. I know that is most cities, dumping your personal trash into public trash receptacles is illegal and you can get a big fine for that. Call your local dump and find out how much they charge for individuals to leave trash. I have a feeling that your monthly fee will be cheaper in the long run, but I could be wrong.
