dreamed we sold house and moved to rental in columbia that sucked with a crappy moldy kitchen. Went back to get stuff in shed was so sad. I think the idea was to live in rental for a year but it sucked so much it hurt.

Weird dream....

If you ever move to Columbia, move to Allview, which isn't officially Columbia. Or move into a house on the bottom of a cul-de-sac that backs to overgrown open space. We got away with some stuff* in a house like that- and my Dad was on the Columbia Council!

* The Christmas tree farmette, the sculpture cemented into the ground, the steeple/weather vane from a Methodist Church in rural PA installed in the backyard, my brother's beehives....

Interesting. We lived in Columbia a long time ago-ish, when they decided to turn the local field and community garden into Dobbin Center and Long Reach High School, we figured that no open space was safe :-)

I grew up at the other end of Tamar Drive in Jeffers Hill! Our backyard ended at Sewell's Orchard. Try going from orchard and a marsh to houses.

The school had been on the books for years, albeit as a middle school, and the community garden was moved down the road. I know people who still have a plot there.
