you are also a sweetheart. but i relate with trisha more because, um, we have more in common, maybe? but i think you're good to hang out with. maybe not one-to-one, because i don't feel at all the need to talk to you (not a bad thing!), but with someone else there to initiate conversation and etc.

I think it's mostly because it would be hella embarrassing if you don't know the person's name, which could happen if you don't have a purely RL friends-list or friends you actually know. Especially because not everyone puts their names on places one can find like under livejournal userinfo.

Not a purely RL-friends-list, mostly. Also, if it just said "comment", all the comments will say things like "Comment comment!" "Whee! Watch me commenting!" and "*comments*", and that's a good deal lamer than just, say, "Bob".
