She freaking rocks. She reminds me of early Madonna. Some hated her, were jealous, but she stood by her words and didn't give a damn about what politicians or haters said. She did what she felt was right and she did what she needed to make sure her music, her message, stayed on the airwaves. She also didn't ascribe to societal notions of what was "right" or "normal" or worst of all these hypocrisies, "moral."
