Buffy the movie and the mark of a slayer

I'm currently busy with a project fro my "Databases and knowledge structures" course. (If someone is wondering, it consists in the creation of a database and of a related web site that manages and shows the DB contents)

Does it means that we can assume that all slayers have these dreams sometimes? And that Buffy still had them, but they weren't mentioned in the show because they weren't relevant to the present time?

They were mentioned in the Angel episode "Damage", because the psychotic slayer, Dana, had somehow become stuck in them, so that she was permanently flipping through ancient dreamscapes. However, this occurred after "Chosen", so it may just be that Slayers have them, and not potentials (or, at least, that the dreams potentials have are less immediate and real-seeming.)

Yes, I think that only when a potential becomes a slayer it makes sense to send her mystic dreams. I was only a little disappointed that they never mentioned this on the show.
It seems to come out from nowhere in "Damage" if one didn't see the movie.
