As much as possible, drink plenty of water. Drink it until you are going to the bathroom more than usual. Rest is important. If you start to get congestion in your chest: guafenisin (the plain Robitussin) or Mucinex (if it's really bad).
Well yup I can agree this year American Idol is slightly disappointing... Perhaps the final 12 can work their wonders... I was rather disappointed when the 2 "African Americans" dude are booted out.. :(
Oh well, & I agree to kperrty coz so far eversince Clay... no one can top him as yet though I still do have some favorites for the current American Idol... Anyways, I do hope the Americans can vote properly...

I kind of agree on the AI thing. Nothing will ever be as good as Clay :) But there are a few good ones this year. Carrie is pretty good and Nadia.
