I love the way you integrated canon into this fic, and characterized them so that they're themselves, but...younger. I don't know. It makes sense.

Thanks. There will be a happy ending I promise you that. I promise nothing about what they have to go through to get to it. But like Snapshots I promise I will attempt to keep the angst balanced with bright moments and heart.

(And yes I kind of want to cuddle spastic teenage!Ben too. It's disturbing how much I enjoy putting him through hell)

LOLOLOL, OMG, "Check Yes Juliet." I got that song off a free iTunes download AGES ago and forgot about it until literally this exact moment. It was on my running mix, back when I, you know, worked out.

Thanks. I'm glad you like the Lindsay bits. It's kind of a rule of thumb of mine never to insert a character without humanizing them in some way (even if they're still supposed to be a nemesis). I do agree that Ben needs to stop making out with Lindsay, but in his defense it's not like Leslie is going to remain boyfriendless for the rest of this fic

Love this fic so much it is unhealthy! I drop everything to read it every time there's a new chapter. I love and hate the way you've humanized Lindsay and I'm so conflicted for Ben because yes, he and Leslie are siblings here (step!), but I just can't not want them together! Amazing writing as always and I can't wait for more!,

LOVE this story. It is just too much fun. The twist of Lindsay being from the wrong side of town, the differences between Lindsay and Leslie, and Ben's reactions to both of them were all amazing. I love how the hints about Leslie's feelings are so subtle at this point; not only the time she's spending with Ben, but also the girls' reactions to each other. Definitely feels like there are romantic undertones to that competition.

CALZONE BOY! That little callback made me WAY too happy.

Oh, also, there was a point in the water fight aftermath that I was expecting them to start up a "You're impossible" type banter and ... I don't know, just thought I'd mention that. :)
