Sawyer’s mouth is stained blood red, his fingers leaving dark smudges along the curve of Desmond’s hip. The small collection of berries they had picked is cradled in a discarded shirt beside them, and Desmond plucks another from the pile, pushing it past Sawyer’s lips, chasing it with his tongue.
The fruit bursts in Sawyer’s mouth, and the heady mixture of sweet juice plus 100% pure Sawyer melts against Desmond’s tongue. He swirls the muscle inside Sawyer’s mouth, lapping up every ounce and the tang of it all makes his head spin.
Fingers wrap through the tendrils of his hair, tugging, pulling him closer, away, he has no idea. All Desmond knows is that Sawyer is an addiction that he can’t get enough of, a drug stronger and wilder than the strongest liquor.
Desmond may have depleted the last of the Dharma issue merlot, but he could drink of Sawyer indefinitely.
