I moved from a lifetime in TN and KY to upstate NY, where I spent 21 years. When I came back to KY it was as a seasoned deep snow driver and girl, you said it, these people are comical with a dusting of snow! Say that on the bread and milk, too - wtf?

You take care, keep warm, drink plenty of alcohol liquids and get well soon, okay?

I'm in South Carolina and they've said we might get a dusting of snow tomorrow night. Native South Carolinians just don't know how to drive in the snow. It's actually dangerous to be out there driving if it starts to stick to the bridges or roads. Lots of accidents. Plus, like you said, they'll be no bread or milk in the stores. Jeez, like we're going to get snowed in for a week or something. Of course, we don't have all the street clearing machines like they do up north. They'll salt the main bridges and clear some but you're mostly on your own. It actually panics, excites and makes people giddy. I like to watch it come down. We get it so seldom it's lovely to watch.
