In order to distract us all (in North America, anyway) from the last lingering miserable remnants of our Friday afternoons working/schooling/whatnot, I request...

Shiny things! Spam me here with an icon or a pic you really love and tell me why. I don't care if I don't have a fucking clue about the fandom or subject or whatever. I just want you ( Read more... )

Ooh. Very shiny. *pets the pretty*

Yeah, I've seen that before, but it never ceases to make me sigh like a silly sighing fangirl. :)

At the moment I really love this icon - and to think, I was gonna delete it recently. I think it sums them up correctly, yeah?

(also, I don't know if I'm allowed to say it, but, uh. I really like your LO)

Dorks, yes. :) Man, I need to hunt down the season three gag reel on youtube or something. I kind of miss the boys. :)

*pokes through her photobucket and is lazy* omg.

Er, here is a link, since it's pretty big, sadly. Sometimes, I dream that this is the sort of thing Excalibur does again.

It's an image that makes me ecstatic as it's Meggan, whom everyone thinks of as a blond ditz, casually asking the Earth to swallow a Black Air station. It's one of the best results of Warren Ellis writing Excalibur in the 90's--he gave Meggan her own personality and intelligence, which is more than can be said for earlier writers. And the later ones killed her off to make her husband depressed. (FUCK YOU, MARVEL)
