Do you know how characters nibble at you until you put them on the page? That's all. I'm not taking on yet another new fandom. I swear.

well...I loved this, the silence in which you hear only House thoughts - despite the dialog that is going on in the background - and those stolen touches.
Also "smugger" is definitely a word House would use!

It would be great if you started writing H/W! Yes, I know you said you are not going to... but sometimes the muse can be commanding, right? *hopes*

Thanks for your feedback. I don't know where this one came from, but the two of them would not leave me alone until I wrote it. I hate it when that happens. :)

Except I don't actually hate it. Much as I don't need another fandom, I could live with writing occasional snippets of H/W. Thanks for the encouragement!

It might be only a dabble-drabble, but I loved it. I think you have the tone of their relationship ("relationship"?) down pat.

Thanks so much! I don't know what it is, but it seems like the more fandoms I write, the braver I get about sticking my toe into new ones. It's good to know I handled these two okay. :)
