HP fic: Seeing (Ron/Draco)

This is not only a possibly ill-advised attempt at a brand spanking new pairing, but the style is also...slightly different than my usual, I think (at least with regard to the construction of the narrative). *shrugs* You know how some fics just come out of nowhere and insist on being written? This is that kind of fic, to a T. It's been lurking

Ron was closer to thirty than twenty when he realized you couldn't continue to see a person the way you saw them when they were 14. Or you could, but only if you were looking for something you both still needed to see.

I think that pretty much sums the whole story. I really hope this won't be the last journey for you into R/D land. Because it was fun.

Would you mind posting this as well on r_d_fire_n_ice community, I'm one of the co-MOD's there and reading this goes with the challenge we're having The Hallows Epilogue Challenge. It would be perfect, also it's another great R/D Comm that needs more R/D love.

A wonderful bedtime story for me tonight! Calm and very soothing, knowing two boys have found themselves and each other. Ron and Draco are one of my fav. ships, and I found your portrayal of them perfect!

this is really one of the best r/d stories i've read. one could only hope that draco reaches the level of quiet maturity that he has here. i particularly like the conversation between ron and harry as well. i liked the fact that ron is able to see and appreciate mistakes made in his youth.
