Augh. I hate professors, and that is why. I didn't realize ones other than in writing courses did that.

Well, this IS a writing course, the one right before the Big D (dissertation), so it is likely designed to be hell. But what I find out today is that this guy is one of the two scariest people in the department to have looking at your writing. *sighs*

Funny this is, this guy seems nice enough interpersonally, and his emails don't come off this harsh. I think he's just a total ass about marking up papers.

It makes me want to find the first thing he ever published and circle every TO BE verb I can find and leave it in his mailbox. But that's probably bad form. ;)
