So last week I had to go to court for some ticket I got. I walked into the court house and got into the court room sat down, got my case dismissed in like less than 5 minutes. But then I had to make the line outside the court room to get a plain ass piece of paper that says my case was dismissed. That line of course took 45 minutes.

Dismissed as in "Oh, no big deal, you really didn't need to come down here"?

No dismissed like you got your stuff in order to no court fees or pay that ticket type of stuff.
