After so much sadness the past couple of weeks, a weekend out in nature at one of my favorite cabins was just what I needed! We had a wonderful 3-day weekend out in Little Orleans, MD. There was much wildlife watching, porch sitting, poi spinning, hiking, relaxing, reading, enjoying yummy food and enjoying the great company in such a lovely place

The weekend WAS amazing. Hanging out in cabins in the middle of nowhere is definitely the best!!!

Pretty box turtles. In St Louis we saw 3 in one park.
There's fairy rings all over the place right now and I've been silly and not had my camera. That shall be remedied tomorrow!

Oh, and yeah, sounds like spider bites. Did you actually pull a tick off? They have to be attached for like 24 hrs before you turn into a lime. What about chiggers?

I haven't seen a fairy ring in AGES! I hope you are able to capture on in pics.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was a spider bite, but I figured it was good to have it checked out by a Dr.
