is the Crossed bustline adjustable so as to suit different bust sizes?

and may i know what is the width of band at the hem?
As the band at the hem seemed tight from picture, may i know if it will slide downwards when walking?

Thank you for your interest in our item.

The crossed bustline is stretchable so it can suit different bust sizes.

We are sorry. We do not have measurements for the band at the hem.

The dress is suppose to be figure hugging thus it appears to be a little tight.

The hem will not slide downwards when walking.
