They are from an anime that is called Chi's sweet home. It are short episodes from 3 minutes each about a kitten. They are seriously adorable and I think it is something you will enjoy ^^

hihi I know the anime. It is very cute. I have seen some episodes and even have some avatars as well (had one on msn a little while ago, when we were about to have Chip). These animated icons make me laugh, hehe

There are a lot of people who are not interested in politics, and who don't follo the news intensely. It's not uncommon, or abnormal.

I'm pretty into politics but it is not something I ever try to push on people who aren't. If someone asks me my opinions I tell them or during a campaign I will be knocking on people's doors to talk to them about it but for the most part I keep that side to myself. :) I certainly don't dissaprove of people who aren't interested either, I sometimes think they are the sensible ones! ;)
