When I die...

When I die, I hope that I am lucky enough to come back to a life like this....

I woke up from a dream of suffocating because of 30 pounds of Bengal on my chest and stomach. When I got up to get some water, they had not even moved. I sure am glad I didn't disturb them while I manuevered out of the bed... sigh.

ive been having suffocation dreams too lately. more because i had to go and start smoking cigarettes again though. my throat is now so unhappy with me that the only way to feel normal is to start every day with a good mouthwash gargle before breakfasting on a bowl of chicken soup, 2 cups of hot tea with honey, and a cough drop. and even then i am usually ready to die again by bedtime.

I've pretty much quit smoking myself - I think the suffocation just comes from them sleeping on my chest and me eventually being unable to breathe due to the excessive weight!

I've smoked for 10+ years and it's funny how I never had all the issues everyone else has had first thing in the morning. The only time I've ever been miserable in the morning is after spending the night out where there are fog machines AND smoking. One or the other doesn't bother me but both together, wow!
