I am SOOO a Starbuck/Helo shipper. I love them together, and I am still mad that the show never hooked them up because they so should have been frakking. It would have been so much pretty! And I agree that we are in the minority shipping them, but they are too badass not to ship together!

Yes, but Mr. Penikett and Ms. Sackhoff are quite convinced that their characters hooked up in the past. Prior to the start of the second season, the two of them discussed it and decided to play the role as former frakbuddies whose relationship had evolved into friendship. I've read an interview where this is stated by both actors, so I think we can take it as past canon.
