So wonderful, oh dear god so wonderful <3 The poor baby growing up like that, and everything and I just want to hug him and then he and Stephen are just so cute...urgh. I love it. I love this fic. I love everything about it. I have no criticism. I want to take this fic home to my parents because I love it so much. *nodnodnod* We'll have picnics at the park and go dancing after dark and then on a beautiful moonlit night I will propose to this fic and marry it and we'll live happily ever after. It's just that good.

Uhm I feel anything I say will seem inadequate after a marriage proposal,
and promises of devotion. But I truly loved this fiction! I could see poor Connor at six and my heart went out to him. And the image of Connor broken and bleeding his new hat cradled in his hands made me want to kick some bully butt. And Omg the loss of one's virginity can be very tramatic, and to have it be to a stranger who didn't even know your gender, you broke my heart. Your mastery of the written word is amazing. Looking forward to more fic from you:)

Yay for the lovely fic with angsty hurt Connor and Stephen providing the comfort! We don't get much Connor/Stephen fic in the fandom for some reason, so more is always welcome *g*.

It's just as well you wrote that last one, because all the others were absolutely devastating! Poor Connor, my heart just went out to him every single time.

It's funny, because my personal canon has always had Connor as a child of either an absent or an abusive father. Maybe it's just because he seems like a young man lacking in a strong male role model, I'm not sure... So reading this just seemed so right even as it felt so heartbreaking! His mother is perfect for who he is ( ... )
