This Really Happened
The weather was nice today so Tulip and I took a longer than usual morning walk. As we wandered by the high school, the driver of one of the cars stopped at the light rolled down his window and yelled "Is your dog named Tulip?"
He didn't look at all familiar, but I yelled back "Yes."
This was met with another question: "do you take your dog to Camp Bow Wow in Westlake?"
Confused now, I said "Yes."
"I love your dog man! I worked there for two years in the back as a shift leader and she is my favorite dog of all the ones I ever helped take care of." And with that his light changed and he drove off.
That was a pretty cool way to start the morning. Tulip was oblivious.
