My favorite easy-peasy slow cooker recipe is: 4 chicken breasts, whole. A jar/bottle of your favorite bbq sauce, a can of pineapple rings and a bit of the juice, onion, green peppers (as desired)
Throw it all in there, put it on low, go to work.
Shred the chicken in the cooker when you get home as you cook some rice (in the rice cooker if you've got one) and serve the chicken/veggies/sauce over the rice.
