Recipes from last night

xhollydayx hosted book club last night. Recipes made, cause katspaw156 requested some of them:

Chorizo Puffs. Used a lovely hard cheese called Idiazakel (approximately, the cheese shop guy's handwriting is on par with mine, which is to say, terrible).

French Onion Soup. We used Gruyere instead of swiss cheese, and vegetable broth.

I also made darlox's raspberry apple

I keep thinking I'm going to try the soup, but I really want to do it with tomatoes fresh from the garden....meaning that I really should have tried it before I moved to AK. I'll have to settle for store ones :-(
