Can't wait for these wounds to heal. I suppose I'm just being impatient given my powers of healing, but hobbling about while the stiffness works out is irritating. Sol said roadspawn had a way of tainting those they wound, which concerns me... But I've yet to be affected by such a thing. She spoke a litany for me anyway, just to be safe

"swallow their pride"=Swallow copius amounts of mead. "learn some humility"=humility will eventually result from one's actions after swallowing copius amounts of mead. "stop worrying about things...."=worrying is not a problem as long as another tankard of mead is at hand, eh?

Humility is a valuable life skill, and occasionally useful for not getting killed. I am all for it.

And I am all for you not getting killed. Perhaps I need to up my efforts, to truly hone your humility to new heights?

If I were any more humble, I might not be able to look people in the eye when speaking to them. Or is it arrogance to believe I'm sufficiently humble? Now there's a mystery.

Personally, I think people just need to swallow their pride, learn some humility, and stop worrying about things that never truly matter in the end.
