A/N: Starting with this chapter, there might be sections with 3rd person POV interspersed with the usual Pogue POV, because now there are things happening around him that he directly doesn’t have visibility into yet. But these should be clearly separated and hopefully it’s not too confusing.

( Caleb snapped his face away, almost as if he’d been slapped. He was painfully aware that he was reacting way too strongly to something as innocuous as a girl flirting with Pogue. Just a girl, flirting with his (best friend) Pogue… )

I haven't seen the movie. Could you tell me more about it? Who does Kyle Schmid play there? Is it slashy?

:D Oh hon.. its an EXTREMELY slashable movie :) It's no good otherwise, except for the really hot boys and a concept that could have been potentially a really good movie heh.

Kyle Schmid played a very small part - that of a bully/antagonist to the four main leads. So you're a Blood Ties fan huh? :)

Oh yes, a huge fan :) I bought the R2 version - Amazon.co.uk was offering it for 8 pounds only :) And Kyle Schmid is so incredibly handsome *sigh* I was sure that there was a movie where he played the sorta slashy love interest of someone. Maybe I was wrong? *head-tilt*

I found this cool song vid. It looks reaaaaaally slashy. Who is your favorite character or pairing? Is it worth buying? I mean, I don't care much about the plot as long as it's reaaaaaally slashy ;)

Heh, then I say go for it! :) The slash factor is like a 9 on 10 :D I especially love Taylor Kitsch who plays Pogue - he's the one with the long hair. And my favorite pair would be the one that I am writing this series for - Caleb/Pogue. Caleb is the oldest of the 4 boys and most powerful, Pogue is like his right hand man, he will do basically anything for Caleb and likewise Caleb would do anything for Pogue (as even the villains in the movie acknowledge - you will see when you watch the movie ;P). Reid, the blond is the rebel and Tyler is the youngest and the baby of the group and also very cute. And there are scenes in the swimming pool where the boys show off their hotness - I think Kyle is also shirtless in one scene and he's really cute :)

this was awesome...been waiting for it but i guess you know that...lol...and i should be happy that i got an update...and if i could make your muse work faster, i would offer a lot to bribe you to write faster sigh...sigh...i totally adore this and i shouldnt be asking for more already but that is greed...greed...I WANT MORE...this is totally awesome...(i am going in a loop loop loop)

:D I'm still so completely foxed that you and Tricia (juxtaposefantsy) actually like this series enough to follow it.. even tho you've both not seen the movie!! :D

Thank you so so much sweetie :) And I so wish I could update faster.. if only my life were so easy that I didn't have to work or buy and wrap gifts and send greeting cards and throw christmas dinners and work some more!! *pants* I wish all I had to do was stay home and read and write fanfiction to my heart's content heh. Alas.. I'm not as fortunate to be unemployed :((

i was talking with aryn_wren yesterday and i said that if it would be an incentive i would offer bribes...you know...so that if there is a choice between eating and writing...you would choose to write...so if there is any bribe at all that you would like...like fic...?...i would do it...sigh...

but if not...i will try to patiently wait...i will try...

I love how realistically you're playing this despite the fact it's about male witches and a succubus, lol. Pogue's and Caleb's reactions are spot-on, not to mention hot.

Also, I don't want to gloss over your writing and focus only on the hotness (which I love). I'm really digging your descriptions and how naturally the dialogue flows. This is great all around in my book :)
