is the prototype triangle (in qabbalah they call that by it's acronym 'chede"r'.
after that you have the ten sephiroth:
chokhmah and binah, with either ketter above or de`ah below,
chessed and gevurah, with tiphereth below
netzach and hod, with yesod below,
and malkhuth bringing up the rear.
tiphereth and malkhuth are sometimes paired, as tiphereth is kinda the leader of the whole chessed-gevurah-tiphereth-netzach-hod-yesod six-pack, and malkhuth is the feminine counterpart of that.
yesod and malkhuth are also sometimes paired, yesod being a penis and malkhut being a vagina. although malkhuth also has its own yesod... and if you know enough about female anatomy you can figure out what that is!
there are good explanations of this in the writings of the ramchal. or modern day stuff by harav yisrael hess.

Netzach and Hod also are.
Yesod (I think) and Malchut aren't, but they are occasionally associated with male and female respectively.
Yay Kefira!

The three on the immediate left pair with the three on the immediate right on their respective horizontals.
Amusingly enough, if you translate הוד wrong, then you get some REAL kefira (not showing off my nifty Hebrew skillz because I can't spell that one).
