A volcano in Iceland... Yep, the irony is not lost on me. Am I the only one who thinks mankind has taken far too many shits in its own nest, and is now paying the price

Yeah, I'm sorta happy I didn't die, too. *g* And since we've talked and I know that you won't be here until June something-or-other, I'll just do what I always do. What? No. Not THAT.

Hi Auntie Ann, It is I! I know I have been horrible of being in touch with you for the past year or so. Life has been a whirlwind. I just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you. I'm done with school for the summer, no not graduating this year although all my friends are! Therefore, I will have time to chat with you and get caught up. CONGRATS on the book. I don't know if you got my e-mail when you sent the blast out about it, it said it came back to me and the address I had for you was invalid. I am ordering your book as we speak because I will have time to read it this summer! Maybe I can coax you into a signed copy? ;) Speak soon. You can still reach me via e-mail which I believe you still have.
I'm going out on a limb and guessing that you're my darling Marysa! Will you be coming back home for a visit? If so, we HAVE to get together! And yes, I'll sign the darned book, but be prepared to get a blurb about your Denim-Drive accomplishment! (Seekrit: Anyone who wants me to sign a book gets something so personal there's no way they could sell it for the cover price. I am evil

I'm glad you're still alive after that incident with the hailstones.
It just goes to show that we aren't always in control of everything.
A volcano erupted in Iceland (a sentence laced with irony) shutting down airports in the UK and Europe.
Not to mention the earthquakes in China, Papa New Guinea, Western Australia and here doing various amounts of damage.

I agree with shaido, it's great you've made some new friends. Elko can be a lonely place.
I might be in Elko on May 3rd, so I will definitely hug you within an inch of your life for scaring us all with your driving mis-adventure.
You take better care of my best friend! {{{{{Ruby}}}}}
