Hi, O-Bug! Good to see you - I miss you at The Woods. There are only a few people there who like me, so we stick together. LOL! I haven't been to Unhinged for awhile, so I guess I'll drop by and stir things up a little. ;-)
Rollercoaster is headed up the last hill - we're about to go screaming down in either delight or horror. The refinance process is almost complete, one way or another. After that, it'll be a whole different ride, one way or another. *facepalm*

Well, you have that right, for the most part. They went into hiding, the board went wonky, so C65 switched back, with the warning that if she needed to get rid of [you], she would. Not you particularly, but just anyone who made trouble. So yeah, the ass-kissing continues. I'm not well-loved over there, except by a few people who are like me.
NO word on the refinance. The appraisal has been submitted and we're waiting on the underwriters, I guess. I don't see how this thing can close by December 31, and if it doesn't, we have to pay back the $400.00 for the appraisal fee, even though missing the deadline wouldn't be our fault. It sucks.
I'll post when I know more about it, if that ever happens.... Hugs to you, O-Bug!

And I HAVE SO been reading your LJ. I have you on my Google Reader list. I love Google Reader (never could figure out Bloglines).
So. What's new on the rolliecoaster?
