16 must be "Luck be a Lady", but I haven't a clue what version you've got!

Indeed - all correct. As it happens, Luck be a Lady is the Frank Sinatra version.

Well, in your defence, some of them are a little off the mainstream (although mostly by big name artists) so you're more than forgiven.
I am very surprised that no-one's got 9. or 14. though...
