Thank you - the "handle with cake" was a tagline I picked up from a friend who came up with it, at a time I needed cheering up. I just had to adopt it as I enjoy baking as well as eating cake. As for the cocoa solids...yours truly loves chocolate, so I couldn't resist using that too!
