So, today I sat in on the D&D campaign again, which was scads of fun. I should probably be worried about the size of the knives carried by the people I hang out with, but I'm really not. "Open House" is one of the various houses available to people who are not the scum of the earth (=frosh), the queer house to be precise.

We're using "Greek: an Intensive Course" by Hansen &Quinn. It's...well, it dropped purpose clauses on us in Unit 3.

I feel slow and retarded now. We're using Athenaze (sound familiar?) and have no purpose clauses as such (just ὣστε), but do have all the craziness of pronominals just this chapter. +1 chapter and then our first test on Thursday!

Well, mine is a credit-and-a-half course, so we move fast and nasty--quizzes every Friday, not much less than a chapter a week, and we've done pretty much all of the indicative active verb conjugations already. It's evil, but a good evil. *language masochist*

Wow, I'd forgotten how amazingly hilarious that night was. Inadvertent innuendo for the win.

And we're not scary, really! (Well, I make no promises about your Saturday DM, but the rest of us are just fine... *innocent smile*)
