The cause of that clatter was the final destination of Izaya's flight; he had been previously sailing across the sky on one of his beloved suicide bots and came across his very favorite Roxas en route to the stars. Once the bot swooped in close enough, Izaya LEAPT--
And landed spot on across the rail of the swingset. Straight out of a musical, this scene (or a strip-club, whatever): Izaya with his limbs wrapped around the pole, doused in glittering lights, his eyes gone bright with all the luminescent resplendence of Christmas, Christmas, Christmastime!
"Ah-ahhhhhh," he enthused, waving a hand free to gesture to the sights. "What a wonderful front. Isn't it?"

Roxas doesn't get the chance to curse how low his defenses have gotten at Izaya's landing. He was currently too busy getting the wind knocked out of him: the sudden appearance was definitely unexpected and had him jumping up almost out of his swing seat- except backing up quickly didn't help the situation and he slid over the seat itself. Falling backwards, his head and shoulders hit the ground first and soon the rest of his upper body was spread on the ground with his legs propped up by the swing. Roxas could only stare up at Izaya breathless and he tried to figure out what just happened.

Here it coooomes--
"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Izaya landed with his feet on either side of Roxas's head, compliments of a daring twist midair and a glorious finish. Nevermind what they were, are, and what they might be, everything was a game with Roxas, and his unfortunate spill from the swing was just a darling part of that.
"Did I scare you?" he cooed, bending and bending until he was a safe distance from Roxas's nose but still too close for comfort.

"...Not many people come jumping down from a robot out the sky," he mumbled, turning his head to the side at the invasion of his personal space. With a small grunt, he sat up from the ground suddenly to reach for the chains of the swing while also hoping to headbutt Izaya in the process. The cool metal could be felt through his gloves as he gripped them to pull himself back up and onto the seat.
"Should've given me a better warning. I could've gotten away sooner."
