::Clint and Loki start walking away from Selvig.::

Clint: You're gonna have to contend with him, sir. As long as he's in the air, I can't pin him down. They're going to be putting together a team.

Loki: They a threat?

Clint: To each other, more than likely, but if Fury can get them on track, and he might, they could throw some noise our way.

Loki: You admire Fury.

Clint: He's got a clear line of sight.

Loki: Is that why you failed to kill him?

So is it implying that Clint's abilities are impaired by the brainwashing? That something stopped him from killing Fury? OH MY GOD.

I don't even know!!! (I almost think... it looks a bit like he's trying to decide what to say and how to say it? And I really wonder how much he's able to fight the cube, if he's been fighting it tooth and nail the whole time? Because he looks a hell of a lot more ragged than Selvig through this whole thing.)

It doesn't even feel like 1:30 between the gag reel, the extended Barton scene and the Bruce scene...

I'm really baffled that they cut this scene, of all the scenes that could've been shaved down. Usually when I watch deleted scenes, it's stuff that doesn't add anything important to plot or characterization and I can see what it had to go. But this one actually adds nuance and detail, not just for Clint's characterization.
