As previously mentioned, I learned a few important things. First, that I should always stick to doing a daily word count when doing NaNoWriMo. And thank you re: this year's story - I'm a total (though spiritual, rather than literal) cheater mccheater pants, and ended up combining two totally dis-separate (how the hell is that supposed to be spelled? Yeesh) stories into one - I sleep at night by reminding myself I wrote appropriate (if bad) frame story.
You wouldn't happen to be interested in Harry Potter fic also, would you? ;)
