Haha.. it's been since October since I posted on my own journal. Bad me. But I am posting again! And I have a food post, which is probably a first for me. Check out the cupcakes I did for Easter. I am quite proud of them. :)

Those are fabulous! Are they icing or fondant? They look great, either way!

The flowers are actually mini-marshmallows. They are cut in half diagonally, then the sticky inside part is pressed into colored sugar. Then I arranged the marshmallows on the frosted cupcakes with a small jelly bean in the middle. Not difficult, but it took *forever.*
