Jaime/Sansa puzzles me too, but I think it is the case of "let's ship those two pretty people together. they look pretty together in manips".
I do ship Jaime with Loras (a little ) - this is not on your list. :D
Jaime/Cersei - I am warming up to the idea as I am warming up to Cersei in ADWD. I like weird ships, they appeal to me.
