I haven't updated this since I moved! There hasn't been a whole lot to talk about.

All moved in down here in lovely SoCal. Jonathan is in school and working and I'm still doing the job hunt dance. More or less, it's exactly the same as it was in Sacramento. Only without the stress of the family to make us crazy. I don't have goals and/or plans ( Read more... )

Aah, I hear you on the rp thing. I have been crowded with work though and not really had time for it, but when I've tried it just feels like arduous work and cold shoulders

That's why I don't see you in the room anymore. I'm really sorry things have gone bad for you (I kinda had those feelings about MC awhile ago), but I hope we can chat and hang out and stuff online in the future. I know it can be a strain on a tight budget, but have you thought of about an MMO? At any rate, if we could swing it I'll totally come hang out and hang out with you come Comic Con. Let me know if you'd still like to do that!

The room issue is everywhere, not just MC. I have wow for another month but it's not what it used to be. I liked it better before the WoTLK expansion but that's just me.

San Diego or I need to find people somewhere. That would be good. People are busy though, things happen, life comes first.

I really wish I'd gotten to experience more of "Vanilla" WoW before all these fancypants expansions came out. It's a shame that the game compresses the run from 0-70 (much of it I've never seen), and turns everything past that into an ungodly treadmill grind... Of course I'm a terrible WoW player - I've had my account for three years and I'm barely past 70. Katrina still gives me shit for her being "the boy" in the relationship... most of the guys in her guild think its hilarious that she's the hardcore raider. Oh well. T-T ( ... )

If I knew anything about DC comics I might do it. Except the oom is owned my MackCat (MU's Thanos back in the day)and Kara who never rp's ever. If it's active more than a month I'll be surprised.

THat said, if it works out, awesome! I love a good story. Something these rooms just don't get into anymore.
