i actually set the camera on a long timer, and ignored it (an experiment to see if i could get a completely unguarded look of myself on photo).

so during this time, i was studying my tarot deck and looking out the window, hee hee!

for realz?!

now i'm wondering if i should start investing the effort into keeping it longish...i'm just usually so incredibly lazy and uninformed XD

and to think i've been thinking for the past few three months: shet, i am OVERDUE for a HAIRCUT.

kasi, kahit trim pa lang, i haven't had anything done in...gasp...about 12 months!

it's less of "letting it" and more of "i can never get my act together and get my ass to a salon..."

now i'm thinking of keeping it longish, but i need to come up with a way to make it manageable, haha! it's only this behaved because i spent the whole day in pigtails, so when i remove them for the night, this is what happens.

wolf had me cut his hair short today because it just makes him so hot running around in the hot sun - he said "it feels like my head is wrapped in a wool sweater!"

made me think about how your thick curly hair must be hell in heat and humidity. i guess pigtails/braids are the way to go most of the time for longhaired people?

oh, and i think i mentioned this before, but another idea would be to have your hair semi-straightened, if there is such a thing (rather than completely straightened). i'm sure there is - it would make your hair more manageable, if that's what you want :)
