02. Themes will be posted in the beginning of January.
03. Please read the rules here before you sign up.
04. You must join the community before signing up so I can give you posting access.
05. This is a special free-for-all round. You aren't signing up for one specific person and any actress (or combination of) can be your subject. If you want to make 20 icons of Leighton Meester, go ahead. If you want to make 20 icons of 20 different actresses, you can do that too. Literally, free-for-all. :)
