What I love about this: that everyone calls them Doctor and Master but don't think it's odd, the Doctor being bitchy all the time, the Master groping him, so many things.
I would like to play that game with the Master. I never get invited to the fun parties.

I think the reason that they've accepted the weird names is possibly because they're British, and all Brits are filthy Commies with filthy strange ways anyway?
